“Danny”

AMRAP in 20 min of:

  • 30 box jumps [24 in]
  • 20 (unless you’re a moron like me, and do 30) push presses [115#]
  • 30 pullups [mix ugly kip + jump]

Score: 2+2 (and a bonus 30 push press reps)

Notes

As I alluded to above, I am a MORON. So, for some reason, I forgot that there were only 20 push press reps per round, so I did 30 each round. It’s no wonder I kept falling behind when we got to push presses.

Next time, I’ll know better, though.

Also, missing the Monday WOD sucks. Messes me up.
