  • 5 pullups/jump pulls
  • 10 pushups
  • 15 (abmat) situps

Notes

This relatively paltry score was due, in large part, to the fact that I ripped a callous on the pullup bar mid-seventh round. It took a couple mins to get it taped, and the tape didn’t really hold so I had to switch to jump pulls.
