Abmat “Hansen”

3 rounds, for time, of:

  • 30 kb swings [24kg]
  • 30 burpees
  • 30 abmat situps

Notes

This workout is supposed to be have GHD situps, but we only have 2 GHDs at Jogo, so we used abmats. Also, it calls for a 2-pood KB, which we don’t have. The 24kg kettlebells are the largest we’ve got.
