  • 100 box up and overs [18 in box] / plank hold
  • run 100 m
  • 100 jumping L pullups / dead hang
  • run 100m
  • 50 1-arm rack kb squats (25 r/l) [24 kg] / sit in the bottom of a squat
  • run 100 m
  • 100 medball thrusters [20#] / hold ball overhead
  • run 100 m
