“The Duane”

five rounds, bear style, for time, of:

three times through:

  • 4 deadlift
  • 3 hang power clean
  • 2 front squat
  • 1 press/jerk

May not rest the bar during a “round”, but only between rounds.

Score: 3 rounds completed; stopped to prevent bicep injury

Notes

Biceps were so sore I couldn’t do the high-pull portion of the clean without excruciating pain in my elbow-pit. Gonna give the arms a rest for a few days.
