Initial Info
This is my fitness journal. That means workout logs, progress reports/photos, and maybe some diet-related stuff as well.
This is primarily a place for me to record this info for me, so don’t expect a lot of compelling content.
My gym and the half-marathon I’m training for.
My usually up-to-date food journal. The target is 18-blocks a la Dr. Sears’ Zone Diet. That means 1650 calories w/ a minimum of 130 grams of protein, 160g carbs and 50g fat. Donuts, cake, brownies, ice cream, candy, etc. are my nemeses. Why can’t broccoli taste like gummy worms instead?
Also not tracked here is the fact that I ride my bike to work (about 2.5 mostly flat miles each way) 2-3 times per week.
