Progress (Regression?) Update
Progress Update
So, it’s been a while since the last time I had my body fat measured. It’s up about 1.5% since November 18th, 2008.
weight: 247.0 (gym scale)
bodyfat: 16.31%
The next target is to bring it down below 12%. So, I’d like to hit that by the end of May, but I don’t want to see my LBM drop below 205. And, seeing it grow to 210 would actually be my preference, but that’s tough to do.
So that means aiming to hit ~235 lbs by May 31.Gonna have to clean up my diet and make sure I’m hitting it hard at the gym at least 4 days/wk.
