“Deck Of Cards”

for time (as a class):

  • hearts = burpees
  • diamonds? = SDHP
  • clubs? = one-arm kb swings
  • spades? = kb situps
  • jokers = 1 min goblet squat hold

vets (like me) can pass twice

Score: 26:30ish (as a class)

Notes

I passed on the 13 burpees and 11 SDHP, the latter only because I was behind. Burpees KILL ME. Must get stronger/faster at burpees. And pullups. And box jumps. And situps. And ring dips. And ring pushups. And the clean. And the snatch. Plenty, PLENTY of room for improvement.
