Notes
Changed up my food plan (less restricted carb) and I’m feeling a LOT better. Not hitting the wall as quickly as I was before. Also, had a small bit of food right when I woke up this morning, and it felt pretty good (just almonds and strawberries).
I wanna cut fat, for sure, but I’m gonna focus on getting my WODs and lifts where I want them and let the bodyfat figure itself out. If I’m stuck at 15% but can get to a point where I’m consistently top 5 in the gym for most WODs, so be it.
